What are Visitor and Companion Rights?
- For the health of our patients, please make sure that there are no more than two visitors in the room at the same time and that the duration of the visit is limited to 10 minutes.
- Do not bring children under the age of 7 to inpatient floors and children under the age of 16 to intensive care units for visits.
- Our pediatric patients must have a parent/guardian in order to be visited by their siblings and friends.
- Visitors in the room after 22:00 are accepted as companions. Only 1 companion can accompany our patients in all rooms.
- Companions must keep hospital belongings and materials neat and clean.
- If visitors and/or companions are prohibited by our physician, please take care to comply.
- Please follow the recommendations of our healthcare professionals when visiting patients in isolation.
- Pay attention to the privacy of patients and their relatives during your visit.
- Do not come into direct contact with the patient during your visit for the protection of our patients and your own health.
- Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before and after your visit.
- Please be careful not to engage in behaviors such as crying or shouting in the presence of our patients (as it may be harmful to them) that reflect your emotional state.
- To protect the health of our patients, please do not bring or accept food and beverages from outside.
- Flowers with soil are not accepted in patient rooms due to the risk of infection.
- Do not interfere with the treatment materials related to the patient.
- Please do not use cell phones in areas with medical equipment.
- Do not use devices such as water heaters etc. in patient rooms as they may cause technical problems.
- Do not speak loudly.
- Pets are not allowed in our hospitals.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in our hospital, except in designated areas.
- Visitor rules of our intensive care units are determined separately.
